Our team ran a 19,000-object, 8.2 TB production warehouse with no documentation — 2 a.m. failures traced to code nobody understood. I built an AI agent that mapped the whole estate into a dependency graph and a living, human-editable knowledge base: curated glossary, incident playbooks, and answers that outlive the person who found them.
